Organizations
An organization is the top-level container in Vizzly.
It owns:
- projects
- members and roles
- billing
- organization-wide settings
Roles
The durable mental model is simple:
- owners have full control
- admins manage most operational settings
- members participate in projects without broad admin access
Privacy
Organizations can affect what kinds of projects are allowed underneath them.
One important rule we verified: private organizations cannot behave like public-sharing containers in the same way public organizations can. If your project visibility is not behaving the way you expect, organization privacy is one of the first places to check.
Membership
Organizations are where you invite people, assign roles, and control who can access which workspaces.
Billing
Billing is organization-scoped, not project-scoped.
